Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the frozen food or FMCG industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and objections
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A self-motivated, result-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospecting and generating new leads to expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conducting effective sales presentations and products demonstrations to showcase our offerings
- Negotiating and closing sale deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with the marking team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Providing regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments
